Among her many achievements are five published decisions including most recently Canales Vargas v. Gonzales (March 21, 2006, 9th Circuit) which established new law in the area of asylum, as well as the groundbreaking cases she won in 2004, having to do with the Convention Against Torture and its application to women and girls (Azanor v. Ashcroft and Kay v. Ashcroft). Ms. Domingo is also responsible for changing the law in 1990, making it possible for children to remain with their parents, who received amnesty. Ms. Domingo has also contributed to the efforts of the Lawyers Committee on Civil Rights, and she has regularly acted as Pro Bono attorney at court proceedings.

In addition, Ms. Domingo has been very successful in obtaining visa approvals for persons of exceptional ability who are internationally recognized for their achievements in their specialized fields. Ms. Domingo has experience with obtaining visa approvals for performers too.
